At the end of last week, I announced that I will be sharing weekly updates regarding my progress with Prism Labs. These sorts of updates were trialled internally between myself and Damian in Founders Factory, so I am going to follow a similar structure.

What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising and Hiring)

• 50+ applicants for tech lead role → ~20 first stage interviews conducted.

• Sat down with David to begin the process of getting Prism Labs investor ready (target date set for opening of seed round).

• Attended a private dinner hosted by Black Seed VC.

• Talked web3 and content creation with Simon (for both Prism Labs and the Factory).

• Briefed my squad about my progress and asks in our fortnightly update.

• Scope for MVP is finalised and is in development.

What’s next?

• My first “board meeting”.

• Continuing with the process to get investor ready.

• The start of the second round of interviews.

• Refining strategy for private MVP launch.
