Yes, the title is an inside joke. It makes sense to everyone involved. Anyways. My three workstreams (product, fundraising and hiring) have been separated for a while. I was working on each of them independently. We are now at a point in which they are converging again. Hiring → product. Product → fundraising. All merging into what will eventually become one workstream… Prism.

Right… let’s get into it, shall we?

What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising and Hiring)

• Final round interview invites were sent out.

• Greenlit the development next set of MVP features.

• Demoed where the product is with HRH (Henry, Damien and David).

• Briefed my squad about my progress and asks in our fortnightly update.

• Onboarded our first contributor (product focus).

• Ramped up meetings with David to get ready for the investor showcase.

• Provisional timelines set for MVP launch.

What’s next?

• Final stage interviews concluded.

• Continuing with the process to get investor ready.

• Offer made to first hire (conditional on passing checks)

• Product demo with JG.

• Product teardown with the contributor.
