We are about 30 days away from a number of significant events in the lab. Although I will not explicitly state what they are, I am pretty sure that you can infer :) There’s ordered [good] chaos in the lab right now as we prepare for said events. It’s busy. It’s promising. It’s exciting.

What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising, Hiring + more)

• Employee #1 joined and onboarded → welcome Shorya

• Monthly board meeting (wins, challenges and help)

• Hard dates set for things re: MVP

• Workshopped product vision

• Finally got Alexandra to bring a pair of sliders to the office

• Long-list of start-ups to be onboarded drawn up

• Decisions made re: engineering for Prism 1.0 build

What’s next?

• Growth strategy consolidated

• Determining what behaviours and metrics to track (and how)

• Continuing with the process to get investor ready

• Open communication with start-ups

• More product sessions with JG
